There are 60+ RV  sites that can accommodate anything from pop-up campers to the largest of RVs

available for a weekend, a week or even for the entire season we're open.

Basic Rate Information  -- 

Two Adults & Two Children (14 Or Under)

 -- Seasonal Rates (May 1st Through Nov 1st)​

POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL CHARGES

--  Air Conditioner or Electric Heater - $3.00/unit

--  50 amp Service - $4.00/day

--  Extra Person - Over Night  - $5.00 per night charge

--  Extra Person -       Daily      - $3.00 per day charge

--  No charge for additional children (13 years old and younger)

--  No charge for a pet (one allowed per site)

RV Information

 --  All Sites Are Back In Only

 -- All Sites Can Accommodate:

     --  One RV and One Automobile Vehicle

     --  RVs With Double Slideouts
     --  RVs Up To 40 Feet Long

     --  RVs No Older Than 10 Years (seasonal sites only)

     --  11+ Year Old RV -- Must Get Management Approval

                                               In Advance (seasonal sites only)

--  Maximum of six (6) people per site

       (up to four (4) adults allowed per site)

 

--  Payment in cash or by check only accepted.

--  Sorry no discounts accepted (AARP, etc.).

--  Check-In    -- Starting at two (2 pm)

--  Check-Out -- No later than noon (12 pm)

--  We cannot hold or guarantee the availability of your

       campsite beyond the length of your paid (scheduled) stay.
       Please notify the office as soon as possible if you wish to

       extend your stay beyond the time you've already paid for.

--  Holidays weekends are:

    --   Memorial Day -- Mon., May 27  -- (05/24/19-05/27/19)

    --   4th of July        -- Thurs., July 4     -- (07/04/19-07/07/19)
    --   Labor Day        -- Mon., Sept. 2    -- (08/30/19-09/02/19)

    --   Columbus Day -- Mon., Oct. 14     -- (10/11/19-10/14/19)

     --   Must be paid for in full & in advance

     --   Fees paid for holiday weekends are non-refundable

Things To Do While You Are Here

--  Pet only allowed after proof of vaccinations is received.

       One pet allowed per RV site and must be your family pet.

       No pet allowed on tent sites due to lack of secure space.

       Guests are NOT allowed to bring their pets. No exceptions. 

       Pick up and dispose your pet droppings immediately.

       Pet must be leashed, restrained or contained at all times.

       Do not chain or rope pet to any tree, bush or building.

       We will report any pet that is tied up and left unattended.

       We will report any unattended pets locked inside vehicles.

-- Follow basic shower and bathroom hygiene guidelines to 

         limit or prevent the spread of diseases like athletes foot.

      Wear flip flops to protect your feet.

      Do not flush any paper products other than toilet paper.

      Properly dispose of paper towels and Kleenex tissues.

      Dispose of feminine hygiene products properly.

      Children under 14 are not allowed to use the showers or

        bathrooms alone.

   

-- Use basic common sense to reduce water and electric usage.

       Limit time in showers.

   

-- Garbage must be placed in bags and the bags must be tied   

      up before you deposit them in our dumpsters.


-- Before cleaning or gutting fish, check with management as

      to location of disposal site.

-- Picnic table must remain on its original site and can not be

       moved to another site.

-- Must maintain the outside of your RV unit.

     Repairing or working on any type of vehicle in the

     campground area is not allowed.

-- Quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. and end at 8:00 a.m.

       Please be considerate by controlling the volume of music, 

         singing, movies and television shows.

       Plus limit the use of products that produce smells and odors

         that might trigger allergies/asthma/breathing problems.

       Please control your campfire / barbecue grill so that smoke

          also does not cause breathing problems.

          

-- All campfires must be confined within the fire ring.

      All campfires must be must be out by midnight.

      All campfires must be must be tended to by at all times by

         at least one adult individual (someone over the age of 18)

       Do not burn anything other than wood and charcoal inside

         the fire rings and in barbecue grills.

-- We have zero tolerance for behaviors like disorderly

      conduct, drunkenness, obscene language, lewd gestures,

      sexual harassment and any form of violence or threat of 

      violence using any type of weapon.

-- Do not deface any buildings, equipment or trees with 

      spray paint. Do not drive nails into anything to hang signs. 

      Or to secure a chain/rope to secure a pet/hammock/swing.

-- We reserve the right, at the management’s sole discretion,

      to refuse admittance to the campground of any person.

-- We reserve the right, at the management’s sole discretion,

      to remove any person from the campground.

RV Park Rules & Code Of Conduct

-- Lessor (SutterCreek Campground) reserves an easement upon the land at all times for inspecting, maintaining,

or replacing electric lines, water lines or for the purpose of inspecting any part of the premises, in order to see if the

lease provisions and rules of the campground are being observed. Lessee shall have no claim against

Lessor (SutterCreek Campground) for interference with Lessee’s leasehold for such entry into/upon his/her lot. 

-- Lessee agrees to save and hold harmless form any and all damages to Lessee’s personal property,

including his/her RV and any other property in, upon or about the campground or storage areas from

fire, hazard and vandalism regardless of any negligence on the part of the Lessor (SutterCreek Campground).


-- Lessee shall obtain and carry fire and hazard insurance on his personal property and liability

insurance coverage for both damage to property and personal property.

-- Lessor (SutterCreek Campground) is not responsible for theft of any property owned by lessee or their guests

regardless of whether if it was attended by the lessee or their guests or if it was left unattended.

-- Lessor (SutterCreek Campground) is not responsible for any damage caused by any act of nature, act of god,

water, wind, fire, accident or vandalism to any property owned by Lessee or their guests

regardless of whether if it was attended by the lessee or their guests or if it was left unattended.


-- Lessor (SutterCreek Campground) is not responsible for any bodily harm, personal injury or death that

might occur to any of the Lessee's children, guests, other individuals or pets

regardless of whether or not they are being supervised by the Lessee and

regardless of any negligence on the part of the Lessor (SutterCreek Campground).

      -- Lessor (SutterCreek Campground) is not responsible for any types of property damages caused by the

intentional or unintentional acts of Lessee's children, guests, other individuals or pets

regardless of whether or not they are being supervised by the Lessee and

regardless of any negligence on the part of the Lessor (SutterCreek Campground).
